Summers get warm, so we would recommend cool cotton clothing, sunglasses, caps, or headgear to beat the heat.

Winters are cold. You will need jumpers and jackets for early mornings and late afternoons.

We suggest you bring a small notebook along and make an entry every day, maybe list down the number of lions, other wildlife species, and birds you get to see on your safaris, around the park, and at the lodge.

We aim to convert tourists into ‘eco-tourists’! Don’t just look at the rich wildlife of Gir, but go deeper into it, and appreciate the intricacies of the ecosystem.

Respect communities. There is a great opportunity to learn from them their ways of simplicity and co-existence with nature.

We urge you to reduce waste, especially non-biodegradable items. It takes us a lot of effort and resources to manage plastics and other garbage that is generated in this landscape.

Engage is a conservation drive. Help us spread awareness about wildlife conservation through your social media handles and other channels.
