Located in the Indian state of Gujarat, Gir National Park has the distinction of being the only place in the world where you can find the majestic Asiatic Lions. There are a total of 400 Lions and 300 Leopards in the park, making it one of the largest big cat concentrations in the country. On our tour to this magical land, we’ll spend our time unraveling the mysteries of its lesser-touched parts.
Day 01: Arrival at Sasan Gir
Meals: Lunch and Dinner (Breakfast on own)
Accommodation: Gir Birding Lodge
Arrival at Gir Birding lodge (on own). Check in to the lodge. Evening visit for nature walks or indulge yourself in organic farming or you can visit Sunset Point.
Overnight stay.

Day 02: Gir National Park
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Accommodation: Gir Birding Lodge
Experience a full day of wildlife adventure in Gir National Park, featuring morning and afternoon jeep safaris for the best chances to see the majestic Asiatic lions in their natural habitat. Another big cat found here in plenty is the Leopard. It also has a large population of Chital or Spotted Deer, Sambar, Nilgai, Wild Boar and other Wildlife. A number of attractive Birds can be seen too, such as Tickell’s Blue Flycatcher, Common Woodshrike, Indian Scops Owl, Mottled Wood Owl, and more.
Between the safaris, take a trip to a nearby village to immerse yourself in local culture.
In the evening, enjoy a captivating performance of Sidhis' tribal dance at the lodge (at an extra cost). End your day with a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 03: Departure from Gir Lion Sanctuary
Meals: Breakfast
Accommodation: None
Explore the wilds of Gir one last time with a final morning jeep safari. After two unforgettable days of adventure, it's time to conclude your tour. Following breakfast, check out from the lodge and begin your onward journey. Tour ends.
